四、产业特点重点项目

The municipality's millennium site is the culture house park. In addition, the municipality chose Tananger Church, also called the North Sea Cathedral, as a millennial building. A number of millennial trees were also planted at institutions in the municipality, all of which are equipped with signs stating that they are millennial trees.

For assessment of the need for planning, it is useful to have an overview of development features and challenges for the municipality as a society and organization.

As of 3 March 2020, Sola Municipality had prepared a separate challenge document as a basis for a political discussion on the need for planning. We have linked the challenge picture to the UN's sustainability goals.

When the political treatment of the challenge picture began, only the administration committee managed to conduct a workshop on 10 March. When the other political committees were to deal with the challenge picture, the corona had struck, and put an end to the planned workshop.

The challenge picture has not changed, but added the following challenges in relation to the corona epidemic in this introductory chapter.

1. Sola Chapel

2.png

Sola Chapel (Norwegian: Sola kapell; historically: Sola Church) is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Sola Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Solakrossen. It formerly was the main church for the Sola parish which is part of the Tungenes prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Stavanger. The stone church was built in a long church design in 1955 using designs by the architect Gustav Helland. The church seats about 300 people.

he earliest existing historical records of the church in Sola date back to the year 1273, but it was built around the year 1140. The old stone church had a rectangular nave and a smaller rectangular chancel. There was a tower on the west end. The church served Sola for centuries until 1840 when it was closed. The building stood vacant for 40 years and began to fall apart. In 1880, the building was purchased and turned into a private home. In 1940, the building was partially demolished and then its ruins sat for decades.

In 1955, a new Sola Church was constructed about 500 meters (1,600 ft) to the east. In 1991, the old church ruins were rebuilt in a historical, but modern design using skylights. The old church was rededicated in 1995. The congregation used the "new" church for nearly 30 years and it grew significantly since this church was built. In 2015, the parish council approved a plan to build a new Sola Church in the village of Solakrossen. The new Sola Church was completed in 2020. After the new church was put into use, the name of this church was changed from Sola Church to Sola Chapel.

The 8.2-meter (27 ft) tall, concrete lighthouse is white with a red top. The light sits at an elevation of 17.5 meters (57 ft) above sea level. The occulting light is on for 3 seconds, then off for 3 seconds. The light is white, red or green depending on the direction. The 35,100-candela light can be seen for up to 12.5 nautical miles (23.2 km; 14.4 mi). The station includes at least two 1-1 / 2 story keeper's houses and several other buildings.

3. Sola Aviation Museum

4.png

Flyhistorisk Museum, Sola (Sola Aviation Museum) is an aviation museum located in Stavanger Airport, Sola, near Stavanger, Norway. The museum was founded in 1984 and is run by local volunteers. Flyhistorisk Museum, Sola went into cooperation with Jærmuseet in January 2012. The museum is housed in an old aircraft hangar at the former seaplane base at Stavanger Airport, built by German labor during World War II.

In the hangar, the museum houses the display, as well as a small café (with interior from a former bar for one of the fighter squadrons stationed at the airport), in addition to a workshop, where currently [when?] An Arado Ar 96, a Caproni Ca.310 bomber, a Heinkel He 115 armed seaplane are under restoration. Flyhistorisk Museum, Sola is open between noon and 4:00 pm every Sunday from May through November, and daily except Monday during the school summer holiday.

The museum's collection includes civilian, military and general aviation aircraft. Stavanger Airport, Sola was the maintenance hub for Braathens S.A.F.E and Helikopter Service. The airport was also an active airforce base for Luftwaffe during World War II and for Royal Norwegian Air Force during the cold war. The museum has primarily concentrated its exhibition around its local history.

The museum has an extensive collection of German World War II aircraft including the latest rollout of a Messerschmitt Bf 109 in June 2020. The museum houses examples of civilian aircraft, from floatplanes to radial engined airliners. A ex. Braathens S.A.F.E Douglas DC-6 has arrived at the airport and will join the collection in August 2020.

六、历史文化

1.历史

The municipality of Sola was established in 1930 when the old municipality of Håland was split into Sola (south of the Hafrsfjorden) and Madla (north of the Hafrsfjorden). Initially, Sola had 3,372 residents. On 1 January 2017, a small 350-decare (86-acre) area on the southwestern edge of the village of Solakrossen was transferred from Sandnes municipality to Sola.

The municipality (originally the parish) is named after the old Sola farm (Old Norse: Sóli), since the first Sola Church was built there. The name is very old and the meaning is unknown, although it contains the Norse word sól which translates as Sun, therefore it could have some link to the sun. Historically, the name was also spelled Sole. The coat of arms was granted on 1982. The arms show two silver or white waves on a blue background. The arms symbolize all of the sandy beaches along the ocean in the municipality. According to Snorre Sturlason the Battle of Hafrsfjord took place in the year AD 872, probably outside Ytraberget. Harald Fairhair, the first king of Norway, is celebrated for having united Norway at this notable battle.

The stone crosses at Tjora date from about the year 1150. In early Christian times, these stone crosses were used as gathering points for religious ceremonies before churches were built. Sola Church Ruins (Sola ruinkirke) is the ruins of a Romanesque stone church dating from about the year 1120. The stone church probably replaced an older wooden church in the area. This wooden church was possibly the one that Erling Skjalgsson had built when he converted to Christianity at the end of the 10th century. Sola Church overlooked the Hafrsfjord and was in use until 1842.The artist Johan Bennetter (1822–1904) used the church as a studio and lived there with his family. During World War II, most of the church was demolished. It was later reconstructed, and the restoration was finished in 1995.

Stavanger Airport, Sola was founded in 1937. At Sola airport, the first opposed landing by paratroopers took place as German Fallschirmjägers from 1st battalion of the 1st Regiment, 7th Flieger Division were dropped on the airfield. Sola Air Station became an important airfield for the Germans during World War II.

 2. 文化体育

Sola kulturhus is located in Solakrossen, and has a concert hall, library, cultural school and youth club. On 15 May 2007, the county municipality decided to close the Vigdel shooting range, a range used by the military and for field meetings twice a year. The Armed Forces chose to give the area back to the landowners. The place is worthy of protection.

Christianity came early to Rogaland and Sola. Relatively few pagan burial mounds from the 10th century have been found in the area, which may indicate that the ancient customs and customs had to give way to Christianity. Several large stone crosses from this period still stand, including two crosses on Tjora, where the largest is 2.2 meters high. These were probably set up in the 10th century.

Erling Skjalgsson, who was a ruler from Lindesnes to Stad, had to convert to marry Astrid Tryggvesdatter, sister of Olav Tryggvason. According to the saga, Olav should want things as soon as he came to Rogaland. There they had picked out the three most eloquent peasants to speak out against Olav. The first did not say a word when he was coughed. The other suddenly became dumb, and the last so hoarse that no one heard him, thus there was no resistance to Olav. Then everyone in the council was baptized before leaving.

Skjalgsson is said to have built his own church at the end of the 10th century, which is believed to have been built where Sola Ruin Church is today. Erling himself was killed during a battle in Soknasundet between him and Olav the Holy in 1028. In the 13th century, Sola was divided into three parishes, each with its own church, one on Håland, one on Sola and one on Tjora. It was these three parishes that in 1842 were merged into one.

Sola Ruin Church from 1120–1150 has been restored and was reopened in 1995. There are also traces of Tjora's old cemetery which had a stave church next to it until 1842. Tjora's old cemetery is perhaps best known for its large stone crosses. In early Christian times, the 1000s and 1100s, four large stone crosses were erected on Tjora, but today there are only two left on Tjora, while the other two were transported to Bergen.

The many stone crosses, churches and cemeteries in the Sola village testify not only to dense settlement and great people who could gather the population for joint action, but also to the wealth in this area - both the beautiful agricultural land, and not least the location of the North Sea and trade and Viking expedition with the continent.

The municipal coat of arms of Sola is described by the National Archives as a rare heraldic motif. It was designed by the artist Roald Kyllingstad and was approved by the Minister on 12 February 1982. The colors are in blue and silver. It has a simple design with good symbolism. The blue color is the main element in the motif and illustrates the sea and Hafrsfjord, while the silver color symbolizes Sola's many beaches.
