Kverneland Group, located in Kvernaland, is the largest manufacturer of agricultural equipment in the world. TINE runs a dairy at Voll, Kleppe and Klepp stations, while the Q-Dairies department Jæren is located at Klepp station. Otherwise, public and private services are important business routes in Klepp. The College of Agriculture and Rural Industries is also located in the municipality. The railway runs through the eastern part of the municipality, with stops at Klepp station and Øksnavadporten (Orstad).
• Tax growth Klepp 4.2%, growth country 4.7%
• Net operating profit51 (42) million
• Unallocated profit30.9 (26.2) million - Forecast November 26 million
Net operating profit was 57 million, corresponding to 3.9% in 2019. This is better than the target of 1.5% and better than the budgeted 31 million.
Of the discrepancy, 16 million more is due in tax revenues, and 4 million more tax equalization in the framework grant (Klepp's share of increased tax growth for the country as a whole). In addition, the discretionary contribution to language sharing was 1.5 million higher than budgeted.
Financial income was 5.3 million higher as a result of good returns in the financial markets, better deposit terms, and significantly higher liquidity than budgeted. Financial expenses were 1.8 million lower than budgeted.
Net operating profit was slightly higher than Hå. Gjesdal and Time's result was about 1.5%.
Landstala (not shown in the figure) shows a result of 1.7%, a decrease from 2.5% in 2018. The trend for the country is downward even though it has our large extra tax revenues in the last 4-5 years. The loan debt in Klepp remains stable measured against operating revenues and at the end of 2019 is lower than the target.
The reason is that the borrowing was decided to be reduced by 46 million due to delayed progress on the investments and disposition of lower consumption in the accounts 2018. By approving the borrowing of 282 million for 2020, the debt in 2020 will be higher than the target.
Hå and Time are approximately equal in loan debt. Hå has had a significant increase in loan debt in recent years due to large investments. Gjesdal has had a reduction in loan debt.
Gross loan debt exceeded 1 billion for the first time in 2019 and was 1,018 billion.

四、产业特点重点项目
The budget and financial plan are characterized by tight financial frameworks. The government's proposal does not include new funds that can be used locally, at the same time it is changes in other grants that result in less available funds. Tax revenues show little improvement, and population growth appears to be improving slightly.
The accounts for 2018 will probably reduce consumption by a total of about 11 million, among other things because the tax revenues in Klepp and for the country will be higher than budgeted. The increase in national tax growth that was announced in the state budget on 8 October will not be continued in 2019, and the lower consumption therefore does not allow for an increase in operating expenses. The service area now notices the savings that have been made in recent years, and more consumption is expected for more of these, but no greater than that in 2018 they will be covered by funds / less consumption from previous years.
The investment plan is characterized by school developments on Bore, Kleppe, Vardheia and «Kleppeloen», as well as relief housing and the «Parents' Initiative». The church / «Kommunehuset» has been postponed to 2022-24, but that the planning continues, and that an investment decision is made in the spring of 2019.
Operations are characterized by tight priorities and adaptation of capacity to changing populations in different user groups. Kindergarten capacity has been reduced and the number of employees has been adapted to a new proposal for a norm for employees. Increased numbers and needs for users of the care services lead to a strengthening of supply and capacity. To resolve this host restructuring necessary. Among other things, it has been changed to restructuring and freeing up resources in the care services and administration. The closure of Horpestad and Vasshus will also provide savings during the planning period.
Klepp municipality shall be a community where the inhabitants feel safe. Inclusion and integration are important. In order for the inhabitants to experience belonging, everyone must feel that there is a need for them. Such intangible values, together with good physical planning and design, will form the basis for a pleasant and good upbringing and living environment. Volunteer work is an important pillar in the local community.
Children and young people shall be given priority, cf. the municipal vision. This means that children and young people must have good conditions for growing up and learning and good leisure activities. The municipality shall pay special attention to children and young people who, for various reasons, are at risk of developing difficulties. Early detection and early action are important.
Livelihoods and well-being depend on the environment around us. Production of high-quality food is important in the municipality. The protection of topsoil must therefore weigh heavily in land management.
The climate challenges and loss of biodiversity are among the biggest global challenges today. Through planning and management, Klepp will be involved in taking its share of responsibility for these challenges. Klepp must be aware of its role as a consumer in terms of resource use and sustainability.
Finances are a means of being able to establish and maintain the municipal services offered to residents and users. Having a healthy economy means that the municipality can withstand fluctuations in the income and expenditure basis - without threatening the service offer. Managing the economy and resource use is a key factor, through ongoing reporting and measuring cost-effectiveness. Tight management and wise financial choices give room for maneuver.
An efficient municipality should be innovative and use new technology in the search for good solutions. The good solutions are found together with good partners in inter-municipal and regional cooperation.

Klepp Church is a parish church of the Church of Norway in Klepp Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. It is located in the village of Kleppe. It is the church for the Klepp parish which is part of the Jæren prosti (deanery) in the Diocese of Stavanger. The white, wooden church was built in a long church style in 1846 using designs by the architect Hans Linstow. The church seats about 280 people.
The earliest existing historical records of the church date back to the year 1280, but the church was not new then, it may have been built as early as the 11th century. The old church was likely a stave church. In 1646, the old church was torn down and from 1646-1648 a new timber-framed long church was constructed on the same site.
In 1846, the old church was torn down and its foundation walls were removed. During the demotlition, a carved stone in the foundation was found that had a runic inscription on it: Tore Hordsson reiste denne steinen etter Åsgjerd, kona si, dotter til Gunnar som var bror til Helge på Kleppe (English: Tore Hordsson placed this stone for Åsgjerd, his wife, daughter of Gunnar who was the brother of Helge of Kleppe.). This stone inscription was dated to the late 10th or 11th centuries which is thought to be when the church was first constructed. After the demolition of the old church in 1846, a new church was built almost on the same site. It is possibly built slightly to the south of the old church site.

There is also a secondary light located 20.8 meters (68 ft) above sea level that emits a red or green isophase light (depending on direction) that is on for six seconds and then off for six seconds. The main light has an intensity of 2,430,000 candelas and it can be seen for up to 11.9 nautical miles (22.0 km; 13.7 mi). The secondary lights can be seen for slightly less distance. 六、历史文化
1.历史
The old parish of Klep was established as a municipality on 1 January 1838 (see formannskapsdistrikt law). The boundaries of the municipality have not changed since that time. The municipality (originally the parish) is named after the old Klepp farm (Old Norse: Kleppr), since the first Klepp Church was built there. The inscription on the Klepp I Runestone indicates that the name has been in use since the late 10th or early 11th century. The name is identical with the word kleppr which means "rocky hill". Before 1912, the name was written "Klep".
The coat of arms were granted on 18 February 1972. The arms features a gold cross on a blue background. The cross on the arms symbolizes the large stone cross at Krosshaug in Klepp. Krosshaug is a grave hill located near the site where the local thing met for centuries. The Old Norse word haugr means mound or barrow, hence the name "kross" -haug. The cross was considered a representative historic symbol for the municipality.
The earliest traces of population in the municipality have been dated to around 6000 BC. At that time, the land was covered by large oak woods. The large stone cross standing on the grave hill Krosshaug dates from around 1000 AD and is possibly the oldest in Norway. It is adjacent to Tinghaug, the site for a local Thing for many centuries during the Iron Age. Tinghaug probably acted as a site for the local court and assembly for many centuries.
