五、风景名胜,景点( attractions)

1. Jyllinkoski nature trail

 2.png

The Jyllinkoski nature trail combines nature and electricity production in a fascinating way. The nature trail runs along the edges of the steeply steep river valley to Kiskonniemi. The path is a so-called janja route, which is transported back and forth. The length of the round trip will be about 1.5 km. The Jyllinkoski area is largely a nature reserve of groves.

This nature trail offers great scenery, varied terrain, diverse nature, lush forest, the roar of a rapids and some physical challenge due to the steep climbs. Stairs have been built at the steepest points to make it easier to navigate, and the wettest points on the route can be crossed along the boardwalk. Some slopes, boardwalks, and stairs may be very slippery in places due to humid or frosty weather. There is also a sturdy railing for part of the route, from which you can take support if you wish.

Alternatively, you can also admire the scenery on a short (back and forth less than 1 kilometer) family route that runs on the opposite side of the river as seen from the actual nature trail. The family route is great for strollers, for example, so even the smallest members of the family can admire nature and the rapids. The starting point of the family route is the same as the nature route, but starts in a different direction. At the beginning of the route, you immediately cross the Jyllinkoski bridge, from where you can immediately see the magnificence of the roaring rapids. After the bridge, the route turns right and follows the edge of the river all the way to the dam, which also serves as a turning point for the route. So we walk back the same route. In addition to the Jyllinkoski nature trail and family trail, you can explore the electric park and in summer there is also a kiosk in the area where you can even buy ice cream and enjoy the beautiful summer weather.

六、历史文化

1.历史

There is written evidence of the settlement of Kurika since the 1540s. As conditions improved in Finland, industrialization began in Kurika at the beginning of the 20th century in the metal and wood industries. Kurika Chapel was founded in 1672. The municipality became independent from Ilmajoki in 1868 and obtained trade rights in 1966. Kurika became a town in 1977.

 5.png

Kurikka initially belonged to the Isonkyrö parish. Kurika then became a preaching room belonging to the Ilmajoki Chapel, founded in 1516, and Kurikka, which became a chapel in 1672, and got its name from the Kurika houses settled on the east bank of the Kyrönjoki River near the center of Kurika. Kurika's first resident came to these wilderness forests from Lempäälä or Pirkkala, where Kurika's house has been before. The municipality of Kurika in Pirkkala is still a memory of that. Facing Kurikan Church, on the other side of the river, there is still the oldest remaining Kurikan position of these stores, Wähä-Kurikka (current breast-Kurikka). It still stands in the same place, on a high tributary above Kurikanlahti (Meijerinlampi). The oldest basement parts of the house date back to the 15th and 15th centuries. According to his travel diary, King Gustav II Adolf of Sweden spent the night in the house with his entourage in the winter of 1626 on his way around the Gulf of Bothnia to Stockholm. (Uppsala University Library. King's Diary. Elars Collections)

In other words, the aim is to provide a minimum cultural name for primary school children, and to emphasize the importance of the region's own cultural history. Cooperation, strengthening community, and providing and enabling experiences are at the heart of what we do. Working together creates a community that increases the well-being of local residents, experiences of success and a good mood. The target level is well-being, satisfied and participating citizens.
