四、产业特点重点项目
The Borgarbyggð municipality has decided to put the health and well-being of the residents first in all meetings in all areas. The steering group began work on 19 January 2017 with representatives from schools, health care, sports movements, social affairs, senior citizens and the business community in Borgarbyggð.
The group meets regularly and its main tasks are to formulate a policy and take certain steps towards it. Improve the man-made and social environment of the population through a variety of prevention and health promotion activities and offer equal opportunities to shape a healthy lifestyle and make a healthy choice to make the choice easier. Schools in Borgarbyggð rely on public dietary advice, but also focus on planning and design that promotes exercise, e.g. walking and cycling paths, playgrounds and green areas and ensure a good supply and access to organized exercise for all ages. If the implementation of a health-promoting community in Borgarbyggð is well managed, it can be expected that residents will improve their health and quality of life, and as a result Borgarbyggð will become more desirable to live in. It must be borne in mind, however, that good things happen slowly and change requires time, cooperation and solidarity from the people. A health-promoting society is based on a democratic basis and a common sense of responsibility and ownership of the population. There is also a need to set measurable goals and realistic status assessments, mobilize people to participate and demonstrate positive developments and changes in the environment, both in the short and long term.
The publication of public health indicators by health district in Iceland is part of providing an overview of public health in each district in comparison with the country as a whole. Public health indicators are intended to make it easier for municipalities and health services to analyze the situation in their district, find strengths and weaknesses and understand the needs of the population so that they can work together to improve health and well-being.
Numerous factors affect the health and well-being of individuals. Some health factors cannot be changed, e.g. age and heredity. Many other health factors, on the other hand, are of such a nature that they can be influenced and thus contribute to improved health and well-being of individuals and reduce the risk of disease. These include lifestyles such as alcohol and tobacco consumption, diet, exercise and sleep, and communication with family and friends. Living conditions such as the supply, accessibility and quality of education, employment, housing, health and social services can also have a significant impact (Dahlgren G, Whitehead M, 1991). By having health and well-being as a guiding principle in all policies and actions, an environment and conditions can be created, e.g. in schools, workplaces and communities in general, which contribute to the better health and well-being of all.

六、历史文化
1.历史
Borgarnes was founded in the late nineteenth-century, in a region that served as the setting of Egil's Saga. The town draws its name from Borg á Mýrum, the farm of Egill Skallagrimsson, the saga's poet-hero protagonist. A museum in Borgarnes, the Settlement Center, is devoted to the region's ties to Egill Skallagrimsson.
Perhaps no other Icelandic town can claim such an abundant medieval inheritance: important sites from other sagas mostly lie well beyond the boundaries of modern day towns. Egils Saga, by contrast, details events that occur in recognizable features of the landscape in Borgarnes. However, no medieval remnants bear witness to this lofty past: a drab expanse of mini-malls, gas stations, and apartment blocks comprises the modern hub of Borgarnes, speaking more to the quotidian concerns of contemporary life than to the heroic deeds of its medieval inhabitants.
Yet the memory of Egils Saga is hardly absent from Borgarnes. On the contrary, it is impossible to visit Borgarnes and not encounter Egill: the very streets take their names from the saga’s characters, and several cairns indicate the locations of significant events. In Skallagrímsgarður, a public park in the town's old center, a reconstructed burial mound purports to mark the site where Egill interred his father and, years later, his sons. Beside the mound, a relief portrays Egill on horseback, delivering the drowned body of his favorite son, Böðvarr, to this very location.
In front of the modern day settlement at Borg, an abstract sculpture by Ásmundur Sveinsson memorialises Egill’s reaction to the loss of his sons: intent on starving himself to death, he nevertheless accepts the suggestion of his daughter Þorgerðr to seek solace in poetry. In the resulting elegy, Sonatorrek, Egill inveighs against the sea gods Ægir and Rán for their complicity in Böðvarr’s death. In the sculpture, which takes its name from the poem, Þorgerðr thrusts a harp into his hands; a round cavity between father and daughter frames the ocean — the agent of Böðvarr’s death and the object of Egill’s rage.
Borgarnes started to form as a village at the beginning of the 20th century, when local opened a shop in the area. Before that time, both English and Scottish men had tried their hand at business in the area, but no foreign business had been there since 1918.Borgarnes was a great area for trade since land and sea transport is very accessible. In the year 1900, Borgarnes ’total number of inhabitants was 50. In the year 2006, 1891 people lived in Borgarnes.
